Desert … Sunrise - Two people … a broken car

A couple is stranded in the middle of the urban desert, with their emotions and actions.

The question they ask themselves: Should we return the way we came – or rather pursue our path?

In every production, Bernard Baumgarten is looking for an expressive and adequate language of movement. This applies in particular in the context of his choreographic research forum "laboratory". Instead of single gestures, Mr. Baumgarten researches a complete vocabulary of movement, which gives each of his choreographic works an unmistakable character: movements or series of movements from one production could rarely be introduced in other productions.
